Option 1 –

1 on 1 Coaching + Meal & Workout Plans 

Go from “trying it all”, frustrated, hungry and stuck in the toxic “yo-yo” dieting cycle… to a person who is free from the constraints of restrictive eating, and free to enjoy food (and their life) again.

Option 2 –

One-off customised plans

This package is for you if you would like a one-off customised meal and/or workout plan without the need for a long-term coaching program.

Looking to lose weight whilst enjoying the foods you love?

 My balanced approach to eating ensures you’re reaching your nutrient targets while still enjoying all your favourite foods. 

I know that everybody is different and a one-size-fits-all approach to health just isn’t realistic, or sustainable.

I create every client’s meal plan based on their individual taste preferences, dietary requirements (gluten free, dairy free, vegan etc.) and health goals.
